As a key contributor to our team, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience characterized by engaging interactions and a commitment to our customer experience principles. You will ensure our store is clean and orderly, while strictly adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. There is also the possibility of being cross-trained in various store areas to meet business needs.

  • Serve as a role model for exemplary customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
  • Foster a positive store culture rooted in honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, returning change according to established procedures.
  • Promote our credit and loyalty programs.
  • Uphold our merchandising philosophy by adhering to established procedures and standards.
  • Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, following company guidelines.
  • Participate in daily store recovery initiatives as required.
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the sales floor, contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.
  • Engage in a culture of recognition and provide constructive feedback.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support shrink reduction goals and initiatives.
  • Participate in safety awareness programs, contributing to a safe environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

This position offers a starting hourly wage ranging from $12.00 to $12.50, with actual pay determined by factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
