AI Pay Analysis: To assess the competitiveness of the hourly rate for a School Custodian in Lake Orion, MI, one would typically reference local job postings, industry averages, and economic factors in that region. As of my last update, hourly wages for school custodians in Michigan generally range from $12 to $18, depending on factors like experience, union contracts, and specific school district budgets. If the rate you have falls within or slightly above this range, it would be considered competitive; however, if it is significantly lower, it may be less attractive to potential candidates. Additionally, comparing benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and job stability would provide a more comprehensive view of the role’s overall competitiveness.
