Position Summary
As a Team Member & Cook, your main responsibilities will include food preparation and serving our guests. You will play an essential role in upholding our high-quality products by adhering to established quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food according to specifications, utilizing approved recipes, appropriate portioning, and food preparation logs/tools.
  • Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times, ensuring adherence to time and temperature guidelines.
  • Comply with food safety standards and report any concerns regarding food deliveries or practices.
  • Maintain a fun and positive attitude at all times.
  • Strive to exceed guest expectations through exceptional service.
  • Collaborate as a team player, fostering a cooperative and respectful working relationship with management and colleagues.
  • Act as an ambassador for QDOBA.
  • Monitor product quality and take necessary actions to preserve it.
  • Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and consistently demonstrate professionalism.
  • Recognize and adhere to all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures, ensuring a safe environment for everyone.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
  • Greet all guests enthusiastically upon their arrival in the restaurant.
  • Serve guests according to recipe and preparation guidelines.
  • Clean, organize, and restock all stations.
