Travel Remodel Merchandiser – Nights $18 to $19

SPAR is expanding our overnight reset and remodel team! As a member of our full-time racking team comprised of Reset Construction professionals, you will play a vital role in remodeling the interiors of home improvement retail chains. This position requires working overnight hours from 9 PM to 6 AM, where you will be engaged in constructing heavy steel and pallet racking, as well as assembling and installing shelving and fixtures. Candidates with experience in construction, resets, remodels, fixture installation, or general labor will find this opportunity to be an excellent match. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, highly motivated, proficient in using tools, and driven to achieve high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
– Remediate and remodel big box retail stores during overnight shifts
– Remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
– Transfer products from old pallet racking to new
– Build and assemble retail store shelving fixtures
– Collaborate with Plan-O-Grams on items tagged and approved by store management
– Update signage, assess shelf conditions, and complete schematics
– Engage in considerable physical activity, including the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
– Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and work overnight from 9 PM to 6 AM
– Willingness to follow directions for tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves
– Comfortable climbing ladders and working from heights of 20 feet as required
– Capability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
– Proficiency in using basic hand and power tools (applicants must provide their own hard hat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools)
– Preferred experience with planograms
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– Familiarity with the basic tools necessary for the job
– Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
