AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a “School Custodian” in Rockford, MI, we need to consider the average pay for similar roles in the area and across the industry. As of my last update, custodians typically earn between $12 to $18 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. In Rockford, MI, the average hourly wage might reasonably fall within this range, though local economic conditions and school district budgets can influence actual rates. If the offered rate is within or above this range, it can be considered competitive; if it’s below $12 per hour, it may not align well with industry standards. To provide a precise assessment, the exact hourly rate is needed, but generally speaking, custodial jobs in school settings often come with benefits and job security, which can also affect overall competitiveness.
