Hours of Operation
Monday: 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM – 2:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Skills Required to Make a Great Impression on Our Team:
– Dependable and proficient in financial processes, including handling financial information, conducting insurance verifications, and preparing end-of-day reports, ensuring our patients remain worry-free.
– Perform clerical tasks such as sorting, distributing mail, scanning, and photocopying. Answer phone calls to provide necessary information, greet visitors and patients, and schedule, verify, and confirm patient appointments.
– Effectively explain procedures and services to patients utilizing your dental knowledge.
– Present financial policies and arrangements to patients, collect co-payments, and verify insurance coverage as required.
– Monitor appointments for no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals.
Qualifications:

– High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
– 1-5 years of experience in customer service, insurance, or dental settings preferred.
– Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new programs as necessary.
