Job description:
Under the general supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Housekeeper is primarily responsible for ensuring that all facility areas and resident apartments are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner.

Primary Responsibilities for the Housekeeper include:

– Delivering exceptional customer service to residents.
– Assisting with prospective resident visits.
– Performing thorough cleaning of resident apartments, which includes, but is not limited to, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, dusting, emptying trash, making beds, and providing linen services as applicable.
– Managing personal laundry services when necessary.
– Upholding cleanliness throughout the entire building.
– Monitoring public restrooms consistently throughout the day to ensure cleanliness and adequate supplies.
– Adhering to regulatory compliance as required.
– Transporting trash and waste to designated disposal areas.
– Identifying areas or items in need of repair and reporting these observations to the Assistant Director.
– Undertaking additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or Executive Director.
