Job Title: Resets Remodel Senior Lead

Company: Spar Group

Location: Clarkston, MI

Pay: $43888 – 52000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate translating to an annual salary range of approximately $43,888 to $52,000 for the role of “Resets Remodel Senior Lead” in Clarkston, MI, appears to be on the lower end for similar positions within the remodeling and retail industry, which often prioritize individuals with experience in project management or team leadership. Depending on the specific responsibilities and the company’s scale, the average salary for comparable roles in the area typically ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 annually. Hence, while the offered salary is competitive for entry-level or less experienced roles, it may not align well with industry standards for a senior lead position, which generally demands higher compensation reflective of greater expertise and responsibility.
