AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for the role of “Registrar Emergency Center” in Grosse Pointe, MI, it’s essential to consider both the local cost of living and industry standards for similar positions. Typically, registrars in emergency centers earn between $15 to $25 per hour, depending on their experience, qualifications, and the specific healthcare facility. Factors such as the complexity of the role, required skills, and the demand for healthcare professionals can affect competitiveness. If the offered rate falls within or slightly above this range, it can be considered competitive; however, if it’s below this range, it may not attract sufficient candidates given the skills required. Additionally, local market demand and benefits can influence overall attractiveness, so comparing it against similar roles in the area and considering potential upward trends in wages would also be prudent.
