AI Pay Analysis: To effectively analyze the hourly rate for a “Full Time School Custodian” in Oxford, MI, it would be essential to compare it to local wage data and industry standards. Generally, custodial positions in schools range from approximately $12 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, additional duties, and specific district budgets. In Michigan, particularly in suburban areas like Oxford, the rate may trend towards the higher end of this spectrum due to cost of living and competitive hiring practices. If the hourly rate falls within or above this range, it can be considered competitive and aligned with industry standards.
