Join our innovative overnight reset and remodel team at SPAR, a recognized leader in retail construction. We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Lead to guide a dedicated 3-person team, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards while working Monday through Friday, from 9 PM to 6 AM. As the senior supervisor on-site, you will travel to various home improvement retail chains, where you will be responsible for the installation of heavy steel racking, pallet racking, shelving, fixtures, and conducting resets and remodels. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and adheres to exceptional standards of workmanship, consistently exceeding expectations with each remodel. Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3-5 individuals on-site
- Execute overnight remodels of large retail stores
- Remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
- Relocate products to new pallet racking
- Assemble retail store shelving fixtures
- Adhere to Plan-O-Grams approved by store management
- Update signage, shelf conditions, and schematics
- Engage in physical activities, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and work overnight shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM
- Proficient in reading and following blueprints and Plan-O-Grams
- Experience in retail operations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and big box home improvement reporting programs
- Ability to follow directions regarding product placement and rotation
- Comfortable working at heights (up to 20 feet) and climbing ladders
- Capability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
- Experience using basic hand and power tools (candidates must provide their own hard hat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools)
- Planogram experience preferred
- Background in construction
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred
