Travel Remodel Merchandiser – Nights: $18 to $19 per hour
SPAR is expanding its overnight reset and remodel team and is seeking dedicated individuals to join our full-time racking team of Reset Construction professionals. As a member of this traveling team, you will play a crucial role in remodeling the interiors of home improvement retail chains, working overnight from 9 PM to 6 AM. Your responsibilities will include constructing heavy steel racking, pallet racking, and assembling and installing shelving and fixtures.
Ideal candidates will possess a background in construction, resets, remodels, fixture installation, or general labor. We seek self-sufficient, highly motivated individuals who are adept with tools and possess the drive to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. This position serves as a stepping stone to advancing to the Senior Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overnight remodeling activities in big box retail stores
- Remove and replace damaged steel racking, including cantilever towers
- Relocate products from old to new pallet racking
- Build and assemble retail store shelving fixtures
- Collaborate with Plan-O-Grams to ensure all items are tagged and approved by store management
- Update signage, shelf conditions, and complete schematics
- Engage in physical activities, including the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Capability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and work from 9 PM to 6 AM
- Ability to follow directions regarding product tagging, rotation, and placement on shelves
- Comfort with climbing ladders and working at heights of 20 feet as needed
- Repeatedly lift at least 50 lbs.
- Proficient in using basic hand and power tools (candidates must provide their own hardhat, gloves, utility knife, and power tools)
- Planogram experience is preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of basic tools necessary for job completion
- Capacity to work effectively in a team setting
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Personal cell phone and a valid email address are required
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Appropriate work footwear is mandatory on the job site
