Job description:
Responsible for supporting the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role involves providing outstanding support to both customers and the store team while continually striving for improvement. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring store cleanliness, managing back-of-house operations, and fostering customer engagement to encourage repeat visits. The position entails handling straightforward tasks using established procedures.
Core Responsibilities:
– Demonstrates a strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, particularly the company’s products and services, serving as a valuable resource for both the front and back of the store teams.
– Regularly inspects the sales floor to ensure that counters, devices, accessories, and walkways are accessible, clean, and functional, reporting any discrepancies to leadership.
– Greets customers during peak times, facilitating timely connections to sales consultants and being well-prepared to demonstrate company technology, ensuring newcomers are informed and encouraged to return.
– Diligently checks and maintains the back of the store for secure, organized, and appropriately stored inventory. Assists with the receiving of inventory and ensures proper stocking in accordance with store standards.
– Aids the leadership team by conducting weekly cycle counts and identifying opportunities to enhance the store inventory processes.
– Familiarizes oneself with current processes and procedures, proposing improvements to enhance the customer and store experience.
– Adapts readily to management priorities and directives, consistently demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
– Must be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds, standing, and moving about the store continuously.
– Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules, including overtime as needed.

Compensation:
