Responsibilities:
What You’ll Be Doing
– Uphold a professional demeanor while delivering courteous service.
– Participate actively in team and departmental meetings.
– Implement effective time management strategies and prioritize responsibilities for each property.
– Monitor inventories as necessary to ensure daily tasks are fulfilled.
– Maintain all public spaces and mechanical equipment as required.
– Perform and supervise maintenance-related repairs.
– Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance checks to guarantee optimal equipment functionality.
– Ensure the hotel’s appearance aligns with high standards, always considering the guest and tenant experience.
– Review daily work orders and generate reports as needed.
