Position Summary
- Housekeeping: Execute daily housekeeping and cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping floors, sanitizing bathrooms, and maintaining cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas. Responsible for the proper disposal of trash and completing any related duties.
- Safety: Ensure the safe and effective use of cleaning solutions, adhering to environmental safety guidelines. Report equipment and cleaning product needs or issues promptly to supervisors. Follow established infection control and quality standards.
- Punctuality: Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. Complete assigned cleaning responsibilities according to scheduled timelines and promptly respond to the paging system.
- Customer Experience: Uphold HCSG’s reputation by interacting respectfully with supervisors, co-workers, and clients.
- Resident Experience: Foster positive interactions with residents, staff, and facility guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated positive attitude and ability to follow both oral and written instructions while performing routine tasks with consistency.
- After completing requisite training, possess the capability to execute responsibilities independently without risk of injury to self or others.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Must have a reliable schedule and arrive punctually for work.

- Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds and remain active with standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
