AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for the “Senior Stewardship and Donor Relations Specialist” in Grand Rapids, MI, one would typically compare it against industry standards and regional salary benchmarks. As of my last update in October 2023, this role often ranges between $25 to $40 per hour depending on factors such as experience and organizational budget. Considering Grand Rapids has a cost of living lower than national averages, a competitive hourly rate would be crucial to attract qualified candidates. If the specified rate falls within or above this range, it is likely competitive; however, if it’s below, it might struggle to attract talent in this field, given the importance of donor relations in nonprofit organizations. Always check current data for real-time shifts in salary trends, as they can change quickly.
