We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Planning Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of events from initial planning to execution, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests. The Event Planning Manager will serve as a liaison between customers and hotel sales personnel, providing direction and supervision during meetings and banquet functions. You will be readily available to address any issues and propose alternatives as needed throughout the event. This position entails direct engagement with group and catering customers in a proactive manner, overseeing logistics of group room blocks, food and beverage arrangements, public meeting space, and billing processes. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales
• At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage operations
• Strong understanding of negotiation techniques and contract interpretation
• Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office
• Professional appearance and confident demeanor
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and fellow team members
• Strong time management skills and the capacity to perform under pressure
• Experience with major hospitality sales CRM systems
