As a Cosmetic Sales Colleague, also referred to as a Beauty Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in fulfilling the beauty needs of our customers while driving sales. Your expertise as both a product educator and beauty enthusiast will enable you to help customers feel beautiful and confident. You will focus on building and nurturing strong client relationships to meet sales objectives, actively embracing innovation and utilizing new selling techniques. You will be adept at engaging with customers both virtually and via phone, providing consultations that include makeup applications and product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly, providing assistance and support.
- Utilize product knowledge to deliver expert guidance tailored to each customer’s preferences and requirements.
- Establish lasting relationships with customers by introducing them to beauty products and discerning their needs.
- Demonstrate and educate customers on the application and use of various beauty products.
- Maintain organized displays, inventory storage, and restocking as needed.
- Leverage our clientele program to connect with customers, promote sales goals, inform them about promotions and new product launches, and enroll them in our rewards program.
- Participate in sales initiatives and events aimed at boosting overall sales and achieving personal targets.
- Stay informed and engaged with ongoing training through Macy’s educational resources, including vendor and virtual training sessions.
- Merchandise new arrivals, manage damaged products, and facilitate returns to vendors.
- Employ point-of-sale technology and applications to assist in sales transactions and customer order fulfillment.
- Adhere to hygiene standards and asset protection protocols.
