WHITTINGHAM is seeking a dynamic leader with a strong sense of passion and purpose to join our esteemed organization, which has been a frontrunner in the industry for 120 years. The selected candidate will engage in learning our processes to effectively service our existing client base of 2,000 businesses while simultaneously forging new relationships through referrals and leads. This position also involves leading a small team to accomplish these objectives.
As you hone your skills and expertise, you will have the opportunity to progress into the Agency Director role, utilizing our systems and processes. The compensation for this position is paid weekly, with a first-year average earnings range of $70,000 to $85,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to our existing client base.
- Identify and research new business opportunities (B2B).
- Oversee team activities and assess results.
- Train and develop new team members on existing systems.
- Report daily field activities utilizing our Salesforce-based CRM.
- Maintain a daily focus on recruitment, training, and leadership development.
