WHITTINGHAM is seeking a dedicated leader to join our esteemed organization, one that has proudly served the industry for 120 years. In this role, you will immerse yourself in our processes to effectively service our existing base of 2,000 business clients, while also cultivating relationships to acquire new clients through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team to execute these same tasks, guiding them in their professional development.

As you enhance your expertise in training those under your leadership, you will progress toward the Agency Director position by mastering the necessary skills aligned with our systems and processes. This position offers a competitive salary structure with weekly payments, averaging between $70,000 and $85,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:
