THE JOB:
As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience through your friendly demeanor and commitment to service. By acknowledging and responding to the individual stories and needs of our guests, you will take ownership of their experiences, creating unforgettable "WOW" moments that will stay with them long after their visit.

THE STARTING PAY: $17.50

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Patrol and monitor all areas of the property.
  • Provide outstanding guest service to both guests and employees.
  • Act as a First Responder in emergency situations.
  • Execute gaming drops and transactions, including handling drop boxes and chip carriers.
  • Address and resolve complaints and issues raised by guests and employees.
  • Respond to emergencies as necessary.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrates the ability to learn and effectively utilize defensive tactics and handcuffing techniques.
  • Capable of participating in evacuation procedures to assist guests and employees during emergencies.
  • Proficient in operating assigned equipment.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work outside of standard business hours when required.
  • Holds a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
