Job Description
Job Title: STEAM Vehicle Lead Specialist
Company: Girl Scouts
Location: Detroit, MI
Pay: $53000 per year
AI Pay Analysis: An annual salary of $53,000 translates to an hourly wage of approximately $25.48, which is generally considered below average for a specialized role like “STEAM Vehicle Lead Specialist,” particularly in the automotive hub of Detroit, MI. Given that similar positions often require a blend of technical expertise in areas like engineering or technology, and can command salaries ranging from $70,000 to over $100,000 annually depending on experience and responsibilities, this rate appears uncompetitive. Furthermore, the cost of living in Detroit and the demand for skilled professionals in the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) fields suggest that this compensation is not aligned with industry standards or the qualifications typically expected for such positions.
