WHITTINGHAM seeks a passionate and purpose-driven leader to join our esteemed organization, which has a proud history spanning 120 years. The successful candidate will play a critical role in our operations by servicing our existing base of 2,000 business clients while establishing and nurturing relationships to attract new clients through referrals and leads. Additionally, this position will involve overseeing a small team that carries out similar responsibilities.
In this role, you will develop expertise in training your team members while preparing to transition into the Agency Director role as you acquire the necessary skills and knowledge through our established systems and processes. This position offers a competitive weekly salary, with an average first-year income ranging from $70,000 to $85,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to our existing clients.
- Identify and research new business opportunities within a B2B environment.
- Supervise team performance and monitor activity outcomes.
- Train and mentor new team members on existing systems and processes.
- Report daily field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
- Maintain a consistent focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.
