WHITTINGHAM seeks a passionate and purpose-driven leader to join our esteemed organization, which has a proud history spanning 120 years. The successful candidate will play a critical role in our operations by servicing our existing base of 2,000 business clients while establishing and nurturing relationships to attract new clients through referrals and leads. Additionally, this position will involve overseeing a small team that carries out similar responsibilities.

In this role, you will develop expertise in training your team members while preparing to transition into the Agency Director role as you acquire the necessary skills and knowledge through our established systems and processes. This position offers a competitive weekly salary, with an average first-year income ranging from $70,000 to $85,000.

Key Responsibilities:
