Summary:
Our branch banking roles cultivate a welcoming and inclusive team environment, empowering you to assist customers in achieving their financial aspirations. As part of our branch team, you will have the opportunity to share ideas and voice opinions that significantly influence our customers, the bank, and the community positively. In your role as a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS, you will serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers. Your primary responsibilities will include nurturing and expanding consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying their financial goals and needs, while recommending suitable deposit and other banking products and services. You will accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, balancing daily operations, all while delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service while effectively resolving customer issues.
– Demonstrate proficiency in understanding and educating customers about consumer deposit products.
– Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, including a new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners.
– Educate and refer customers to various areas of the bank to deepen their relationships and foster strong partnerships.
– Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
– Exhibit competency in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking practices, and communication and presentation skills.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or GED, accompanied by a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or military service in an administrative, contracting, civil affairs, or similar capacity, or possess a Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:
– A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
– Proficient cash handling skills.
– Comfort with technology, including mobile and online banking services.
