Job description:
We are seeking to hire a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the primary point of contact for employees, guests, and family members engaging with our facility. The receptionist plays a crucial role in representing our organization positively by welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and efficiently directing inquiries.

In this position, you will work closely with both the Administrator and the Wellness Director. Key responsibilities include maintaining updated facility files and logs, composing and typing documents, faxing correspondence, organizing and filing paperwork, delivering mail to residents, posting weekly menus, and creating charts for residents.

Additionally, adherence to HIPAA regulations is essential, and you will provide clerical support for the Administrator and other staff members as needed.
