Job Title: Home Care Aide – Weekends in South Haven

Company: Help at Home

Location: South Haven, MI

Pay: $20 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $20 for a “Home Care Aide” position, particularly for weekend shifts in South Haven, MI, is generally competitive but can vary based on several factors. As of 2023, the average pay for home care aides in Michigan typically ranges from $15 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and specific responsibilities. Given that this role is for weekends—when many caregivers are needed but may be harder to staff—$20 per hour could be seen as attractive, especially in a more rural area like South Haven. However, specific competitiveness may also depend on the local cost of living and the availability of similar positions in the area. Overall, this rate appears to align well with industry standards, making it a reasonable offer for potential candidates.
