Job description:
The MerchOps Business Intelligence team is dedicated to supporting the objectives of the Merchandising organization through the development of effective data solutions and analytics. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the enterprise, including Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Store Operations, to ensure comprehensive addressing of all solutions and dependencies.

You will work closely with various IT teams to gain a thorough understanding of key merchandising and business intelligence applications, acting as a vital liaison between business needs and technology capabilities. As a Senior Business Intelligence Specialist, you will utilize your analytical expertise to gather requirements, develop, test, and deploy solutions aimed at enhancing visibility and optimizing processes within Merchandising.

Your primary focus areas will include Inventory Management, Forecasting & Replenishment, Order Management, and Product Disposition. You will partner with MerchOps BI leadership to comprehend and prioritize project requests, enhancements, ad-hoc requests, documentation, and system testing.

The current technology stack involves HANA, Oracle, and SQL Server databases on the backend, complemented by Tableau and WEBI as front-end tools. Additionally, you will engage in team training and skill development in GCP, Python, and Power BI to further enhance your expertise.
