Job Summary: The Casino Host is responsible for fostering strong relationships with our guests to enhance loyalty and promote ongoing engagement with the casino. This role is critical in creating memorable experiences and ensuring repeat visits from our valued patrons.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about all events and available offerings to provide guests with accurate information, address inquiries, manage special requests, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional service to our VIP players, thereby fostering customer loyalty and increasing casino revenue through repeat visits.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with four (4) years of experience in hospitality, sales, or casino guest service.
