Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Company: Aimbridge Hospitality

Location: Portage, MI

Pay: $14.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14.50 for a Front Desk Agent in Portage, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to national and regional averages. As of 2023, the typical wage for similar positions in the hospitality sector generally ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on the specific employer, benefits, and experience level required. Given that Portage is part of a growing area in Michigan with a moderate cost of living, this rate may not be competitive enough to attract and retain talent, especially considering that employees often seek wages that align more closely with industry standards and rising inflation. Therefore, employers may need to re-evaluate their pay structure to stay competitive in the job market.
