Glacier Hills is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our community in Ann Arbor. Responsibilities:
- Maintain current promotional materials by collaborating with the National Marketing Specialist at the home office, including managing graphic requirements, monitoring inventory levels, placing restocking orders, and verifying receipt of items.
- Develop online content to enhance the organization’s organic search engine optimization and coordinate the production of internal communications for employees and residents as applicable.
- Promote brand identity across all marketing materials.
- Support social media and digital marketing efforts under the guidance of the THSC home office marketing department, ensuring effective communication of programs, services, events, and campaigns through appropriate platforms while adhering to established brand standards.
- Ensure availability of marketing collateral for events and provide support for internal communications, maintaining timely production and adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate all move-in activities across departments (Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, Dining Services), communicate any changes to necessary departments, assist prospective residents with selections such as carpet samples and paint colors, collaborate with vendors on updates and renovations, and assist residents on move-in day by providing keys and relevant items.
Minimum Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a supportive role. A combination of education and experience may also be considered.
- Preferred experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist, with a solid understanding of social networking and analytics tools.
