Job Description
Job Title: HOUSEKEEPER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)
Company: Compass Group
Location: Detroit, MI
Pay: $18.1 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18.10 for a Housekeeper position in Detroit, MI, can be considered somewhat competitive, but it is on the lower end of the spectrum compared to industry standards. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for housekeepers in the Detroit metropolitan area typically ranges from $15 to $25, depending on factors such as experience, specific job duties, and the type of employer (e.g., hotels, private homes, or commercial spaces). While $18.10 aligns closely with the lower mid-range of this bracket, offering full-time and part-time options may attract a broader pool of candidates. Nonetheless, employers may need to consider additional incentives or benefits to remain competitive and appeal to prospective employees given the rising living costs in the area.
