AI Pay Analysis: To provide a comprehensive analysis of the hourly rate for the role of “Whole Foods Team Member” in Birmingham, MI, I would need specific details about the hourly rate in question. However, as of my last data update in October 2023, hourly rates for similar positions in grocery retail can range from $15 to $20 or more depending on experience, responsibilities, and local living costs. In Birmingham, MI, which has a relatively high cost of living, a competitive rate would likely be on the higher end of this spectrum. If the provided hourly rate falls within or exceeds this range, it could be considered competitive and in line with industry standards; conversely, if it’s significantly lower, it may require reevaluation to attract and retain qualified employees.
