Position Summary

• As a Heavy Housekeeper / Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of hard surfaces and carpets, which includes dusting, mopping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, and extraction across various areas, such as offices, resident rooms, lobbies, and dining areas. This role also involves managing waste collection and ensuring proper disposal protocols are followed.
• Safety is paramount; you will utilize protective gear and adhere to safety guidelines when handling cleaning solutions. Timely reporting of equipment or supply needs is essential.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected, along with timely responses to communication systems.
• You will embody the HCSG ethos through courteous interactions with supervisors, co-workers, and clients, contributing positively to the resident experience.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude with the ability to follow both oral and written instructions, executing routine tasks daily is essential.
