AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the competitiveness of the hourly rate for the “Part Time Associate Banker” role in Detroit, MI, it’s essential to consider factors such as the local cost of living, industry standards, and the specific requirements for the position, including bilingual capabilities in Spanish. Generally, part-time banking roles in urban areas like Detroit typically offer hourly rates ranging from $15 to $25, with bilingual positions often commanding higher wages due to the added value of language skills. If the offered rate is within or above this range, it can be considered competitive; however, if it’s significantly below, it may not attract a sufficient number of qualified candidates, especially given Detroit’s economic climate and the importance of bilingual services in diverse communities.
