AI Pay Analysis: To provide an accurate analysis of the hourly rate for a “Server Cook” in Troy, MI, we would need to know the specific hourly rate in question. However, generally speaking, entry-level positions like cooks can expect to earn anywhere from $12 to $18 per hour, depending on experience and the establishment’s type (casual dining vs. fine dining). In Troy, MI, where the cost of living is slightly above the national average, competitive rates would typically align with or slightly exceed this range, especially considering market demand and the skills required. If the hourly rate falls within or above this range, it can be considered competitive; if it’s lower, it may not align with industry standards for that role and location.
