Job description:
Must possess extensive experience in the implementation and support of CA Identity Manager. The role requires proficiency in using Policies via Policy Xpress, covering Events, Action Rules, and Provisioning Policies. A deep understanding of IDM connectors to synchronize users and their attributes with endpoints from HR feeds is essential. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating Provisioning Roles using the Provisioning Manager, coordinating with the development team, and providing guidance for testing initiatives.
Post go-live responsibilities include system monitoring and incident resolution as necessary following transitions to VMC2. The ability to support application developers during integration with the directory environment is vital. Experience in administering one or more directory services, such as Active Directory, Oracle/Sun Directory Server, Open LDAP, or CA Directory, is highly advantageous.
Additional qualifications include strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills to convey information clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues. The candidate should be capable of working collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently, with a willingness to mentor and train other team members.
