Job description:
Under the general direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Housekeeper is primarily responsible for ensuring that the facility and resident apartments are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.

Key Responsibilities:

– Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.
– Engage with prospective residents during visits, showcasing the community.
– Perform comprehensive cleaning of resident apartments, including vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, dusting, emptying trash, making beds, and providing linen services when applicable.
– Assist with personal laundry services, as required.
– Uphold the cleanliness of the entire facility, ensuring all areas are well-maintained.
– Monitor public restrooms throughout the day, ensuring they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
– Adhere to regulatory compliance standards as applicable.
– Transport trash and waste materials to designated disposal areas.
