Job Description
Job Title: Server (Restaurant) (2) Openings
Company: Kewadin Casinos
Location: Saint Ignace, MI
Pay: $9.64 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $9.64 for a Server position in Saint Ignace, MI, appears to be below the typical industry standards for this role. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for restaurant servers in Michigan generally ranges from $12 to $15, not including tips, which can significantly augment a server’s income. Additionally, considering the ongoing adjustments for inflation and the push for higher wages in the service industry, this rate may not be competitive, particularly in the context of the rising cost of living and the demand for service workers. Therefore, this wage might be viewed as uncompetitive for potential applicants in that market.
