Transportation Driver Position Summary
Under the general supervision of the Executive Director, the Transportation Driver will be primarily responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation for residents to group activities and personal appointments.

Qualifications and Required Experience for Transportation Driver:
– Demonstrated excellence in communication skills and a genuine compassion for older adults.
– Possession of a valid driver’s license is mandatory.

Primary Responsibilities for Transportation Driver:
– Deliver exceptional customer service to all residents, ensuring their comfort and safety during transportation.
– Provide transportation services to current residents for community appointments within a 10-mile radius.
– Collaborate directly with the Executive Director(s) to coordinate transportation for prospective residents as required.
– Maintain an organized schedule of resident appointment times to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
– Ensure that current American House marketing materials are readily available in the vehicle at all times.
– Communicate any necessary maintenance or repair needs for the vehicle to the Executive Director and Maintenance Director promptly.
– Uphold the requirement of maintaining a valid driver’s license throughout employment.
– Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
