AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a Field Service Technician in Detroit, MI, it’s important to consider various factors such as the average pay for this role in the region, industry standards, and the technician’s experience level and specific skill set. As of my last update, the average hourly wage for a Field Service Technician in Detroit typically ranges from $20 to $30, depending on experience and specialization. If the offered rate falls within or slightly above this range, it can be considered competitive, aligning well with market expectations. However, if the rate is significantly below this range, it may not attract potential candidates or retain experienced technicians in a competitive labor market. Overall, the analysis of the specific hourly rate should reflect local demand, the technician’s qualifications, and the economic conditions affecting compensation in the area.
