Job Description
Job Title: Store Cleaning Associate
Company: Marshalls
Location: Rochester, MI
Pay: $12 – 12.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $12 to $12.50 for a Store Cleaning Associate in Rochester, MI, is slightly below the national average for similar positions, which typically range from $13 to $15 per hour, depending on factors such as experience and location. In Michigan, the minimum wage is $10.10 as of 2023, so this rate is above minimum wage but may not be competitive considering the rising cost of living and average wage trends. While the pay may be adequate for entry-level positions, it may not attract candidates looking for more competitive compensation, especially in a market where the demand for labor is increasing. Overall, this pay rate may make it challenging for employers to attract and retain workers in this role.
