Position Summary: The Marketer is the face of the Leaf Home brand(s), engaging with potential customers through direct interaction at various pre-scheduled events within a designated territory. The primary objective of this role is to enhance brand visibility and convert that visibility into valuable sales leads.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Attend consumer-focused events, including home shows, fairs, festivals, and community gatherings.
– Engage with event attendees, deliver informative product demonstrations, and generate sales leads.
– Address objections by employing proven, industry-leading sales techniques and training resources.
– Transport, set up, and dismantle lightweight display equipment and marketing materials.
– Submit sales leads following each shift.
– Achieve predetermined performance goals for each event and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
– Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
– Part-time availability.
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Strong listening skills to address objections and respond to inquiries regarding product performance and quality.
– Must possess a smartphone for company timekeeping and lead submission.
– Ability to stand for extended periods.
– Engaging personality, capable of capturing attendees’ interest and conducting product demonstrations.
– Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
– Outgoing, friendly, and energetic demeanor.
– Capability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to the changing demands of various stakeholders.
– Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented setting, demonstrating a “roll up your sleeves” and a “win every day” mentality.

Travel Requirements:

Physical Requirements:
– Normal office environment and field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
