What You Bring to the Role:

  • Proven ability to lead customer service initiatives, provide training and coaching in collaboration with the Store Leader for all team members.
  • Strong skills in retaining talent by identifying qualified candidates, cultivating leaders, empowering staff, and encouraging productivity.
  • Capability to assist with the implementation of merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Proficiency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the Speedy Rewards loyalty program.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and sanitation procedures, ensuring the store is presentable and that all products are adequately stocked.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, with a preference for Microsoft products such as Word and Excel.
  • A High School diploma or GED is preferred, although candidates with a minimum of one year of Retail Management experience will also be considered.
  • A valid Driver’s License from your state of residence, along with maintaining automotive liability insurance throughout your employment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
