What You Bring to the Role:
- Proven ability to lead customer service initiatives, provide training and coaching in collaboration with the Store Leader for all team members.
- Strong skills in retaining talent by identifying qualified candidates, cultivating leaders, empowering staff, and encouraging productivity.
- Capability to assist with the implementation of merchandising and marketing programs.
- Proficiency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the Speedy Rewards loyalty program.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and sanitation procedures, ensuring the store is presentable and that all products are adequately stocked.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, with a preference for Microsoft products such as Word and Excel.
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred, although candidates with a minimum of one year of Retail Management experience will also be considered.
- A valid Driver’s License from your state of residence, along with maintaining automotive liability insurance throughout your employment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
