As a valued team member, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by actively engaging with all customers, exemplifying our customer experience principles, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while potentially being cross-trained to support various areas within the store based on business needs.

  • Serve as a role model for established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
  • Foster a positive store culture grounded in honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Accurately process customer purchases and returns, including counting change in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Promote our credit and loyalty programs.
  • Maintain merchandising standards and adhere to established procedures.
  • Precisely prepare merchandise for the sales floor in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Proactively engage in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
  • Uphold organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor while contributing to the maintenance of the entire store.
  • Accept recognition and constructive feedback graciously.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support and participate in initiatives aimed at reducing store shrink.
  • Engage in safety awareness programs, contributing to a secure environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This position has a starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined based on various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
