As a valued team member, you will be responsible for ensuring a highly satisfying customer experience through engaging interactions, upholding customer service principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will adhere to all operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards, and may be cross-trained to assist in multiple areas within the store to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
– Exemplify established customer experience practices when interacting with both internal and external customers.
– Foster a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Process customer purchases and returns accurately, including giving correct change according to procedure.
– Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
– Maintain and implement merchandising standards and procedures.
– Prepare merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company guidelines.
– Participate in store recovery activities throughout the day as necessary.
– Uphold organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the store.
– Accept and provide constructive feedback and recognition.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Support initiatives aimed at shrink reduction.
– Engage actively in maintaining a safe work environment.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
