AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for the role of “Assistant General Manager, TAP – MGM Grand Detroit” in Detroit, MI, it’s important to consider the local market, industry standards, and the specific responsibilities of the position. As of my last update, Assistant General Managers in the hospitality sector typically earn between $20 to $40 per hour, depending on experience, location, and the size of the establishment. Given that MGM Grand is a prominent casino and entertainment venue, compensation may skew higher within that range, especially considering the competitive nature of the hospitality industry in a major city like Detroit. To determine if the offered hourly rate is competitive, it should be compared to these benchmarks and also take into account additional benefits or incentives provided. Ultimately, alignment with industry standards would ensure the attraction and retention of skilled professionals for this managerial role.
