Job Description
Job Title: Support Merchandiser
Company: American Greetings
Location: Hastings, MI
Pay: $12.6 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $12.60 for a “Support Merchandiser” in Hastings, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale when compared to national averages for similar roles. As of 2023, typical hourly wages for merchandisers range from $14 to $18, depending on experience and specific duties. Additionally, cost of living adjustments in Michigan suggest that competitive wages for this role should ideally exceed $15 per hour to align more closely with industry standards. Therefore, while $12.60 may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it may not attract experienced candidates or keep pace with living costs in the area.
