AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a “Security Officer” in Wayland, MI, we would typically need the specific figure you’re referencing. Generally, as of my last update in October 2023, Security Officers in Michigan earn between $12 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific responsibilities, and the employer. In a competitive market, rates closer to $15-$18 per hour tend to align well with industry standards, especially in suburban areas. If the rate you’re considering falls within or above this range, it is competitive; if it is below, it may need to be reevaluated to attract qualified candidates.
