This part-time position requires availability from 2 PM to 10 PM, including working every other weekend. Please note that we do not have midnight shifts available in this facility. As a member of our team, you will be entrusted with a variety of rewarding responsibilities, including:
– Assisting residents with their care needs, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting
– Managing laundry and meal preparation
– Administering medications in accordance with physician instructions
– Performing light housekeeping duties as necessary
– Engaging residents and promoting their involvement in community activities
– Ensuring a clean and safe living environment, including light housekeeping
– Monitoring residents for changes in condition and promptly communicating observations to a supervisor
– Completing all required documentation and charting accurately
– Maintaining professional communication with families, support services, and fellow team members
– Supporting colleagues with their responsibilities as needed
– Adhering to all safety and health standards, including infection control protocols
– Taking on additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor
