Position Overview: Selling Associate

The Selling Associate plays a pivotal role in driving sales while delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires engaging with customers and demonstrating a sophisticated understanding of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

When assigned to the sales floor:

  • Drive store sales and growth by engaging directly with customers.
  • Proactively connect with customers, interpreting cues and responding appropriately.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect bra fit by asking insightful questions.
  • Convert returns, offers, and promotions into increased sales.

When assigned to the cash wrap:

  • Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience by processing transactions accurately.
  • Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout while encouraging the purchase of additional items.
  • Maintain the cash wrap area by recovering selling zones and managing “go-backs.”

When assigned to processing and replenishment:

  • Prepare merchandise to be floor ready while upholding back room and under stock organization to meet brand standards.
  • Replenish merchandise on the sales floor to ensure product availability for customers.
  • Assist with additional projects as needed, including markdowns, re-tickets, and stock management processes.

When involved in floorset activities:

  • Execute floorset initiatives with proficiency.
  • Understand and adhere to brand standards throughout the process.
  • Maintain the organization of back room and under stock merchandise to enable efficient replenishment.

Minimum Salary: $11.00
Maximum Salary: $13.75
